Supply Of Food Items For Prison Facilities Tender Notice
Description
Supply of food items for prisons of Dera Ghazi Khan Region for the period from 01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027 including chicken meat - turmeric powder - garlic - dry coconut - eggs - samosas - seasonal vegetables including pumpkin, arvi, turnip, carrot, tinda and cauliflower - dry ginger - local dry garlic - dry onions - fresh tomatoes and potatoes. Procurement shall be conducted through E-Procurement under PPRA Rule 38(2) using online bidding through EPADS. Bidders must be registered with Sales Tax, Income Tax and EPADS. Technical proposal shall include required documents, previous three years experience and original CDR bid security as specified for each item. Bids must be uploaded online by 30-06-2026 at 11:30 AM and technical bids will be opened online at 12:00 PM. Original bid security documents must be submitted before bid opening. Food items must comply with Pure Food Rules 1965, Punjab Pure Food Regulations 2011 and applicable food standards. Blacklisted firms are ineligible. Successful bidder shall provide performance guarantee equal to 5% of contract value in the form of CDR and execute agreement within seven days of approval. Chicken supplied shall be live birds with required weight specifications and processed without beak, feet, neck and excess fat.
