Construction and rehabilitation works under NHP ADP No 250728 Hydro Power Generating Districts Development Projects including PCC roads protection walls drill bores bankot roads Angar Behn road PCC streets graveyard boundary walls flood protection walls pressure pumps PCC roads and streets and road improvement schemes at Keyara Dokani Karam Kiyara Bankot Chaam Chakal Naka Nika Pani Jindri Barkurdar Battagram Naryani Saira Bagwai Karkala Bechra Dehari Doga Barashair Lari Sokal Moo Chak Pansyal Kahand Garan Chahang Puli and Dood Kot in District Mansehra. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope E PADS procedure based on MRS 2025 and non MRS items. Contractors registered with PEC KPRA and enlisted with C and W Department having relevant CE codes may participate. Electronic bids with scanned bid security in shape of original call deposit and hard copies are mandatory. Additional security and detailed rate analysis are required for bids below engineer estimates as per KPPRA notifications. Work orders shall be issued subject to availability of funds and all material testing shall be performed by the contractor as required by the procuring entity.
