Procurement Of Four K Camera System Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of 4K camera systems for Medical Teaching Institution Mardan Medical Complex through National Competitive Bidding under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure of KPPRA Rules 2014. Procurement is open to manufacturers or authorized dealers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and reflected on Active Taxpayer List of FBR. Bid solicitation documents containing equipment descriptions quantities evaluation criteria and terms conditions are available through EPADS and institutional websites. Interested bidders are required to submit scanned copies of bids electronically through EPADS along with all mandatory supporting documents before the closing date. Original bid security in shape of Call Deposit Receipt Demand Draft Pay Order or Bankers cheque in favor of Hospital Director MTI MMC Mardan must be submitted physically before the deadline. Technical bids shall be opened in the conference room of the administration block of the institute. Bids submitted by hand post courier email or fax shall not be accepted.
