Construction And Rehabilitation Municipal Development Works Tender Notice
Description
Construction rehabilitation and improvement works including cricket ground rehabilitation installation of streetlights installation of signboards construction of playgrounds construction of janazagahs construction of waiting sheds and improvement of jirga hall under Annual Development Program through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure using EPADS. Eligible government contractors and firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council Local Council Board Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and KPPRA may participate. Bids must include original bid securities equal to 2 percent earnest money with additional securities applicable for bids quoted below engineer estimate thresholds. Tender forms BOQs SBDs tax certificates KPPRA registration PEC license and other mandatory documents must be submitted before deadline through courier and EPADS. Electronic bidding shall be conducted on above below system based on MRS rates. Pro Tip: Carefully calculate additional security requirements for below-estimate bids because non-compliant bids shall be treated as non-responsive and securities may be forfeited.
