Construction Rehabilitation And Tuff Tile Street Works Tender Notice
Description
Execution of multiple municipal development works including providing and laying tuff tiles on various streets and link streets, earth filling works, rehabilitation and reconstruction of culverts, renovation and rehabilitation of municipal office facilities, establishment of parking stand facilities, and construction of servant quarter residence for Sub Engineer. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under single stage one envelope procedure. E-bids must be submitted in PDF format. Bid security in the form of CDR is mandatory as specified for each scheme and original bid security instrument must be submitted before the submission deadline. Contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and relevant tax authorities. Additional performance security may be required where quoted rates exceed prescribed limits. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late or improperly submitted bids shall not be considered.
