Construction And Rehabilitation Of Municipal Infrastructure Works Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of construction and rehabilitation works including cricket ground construction installation of streetlights installation of signboards construction of playgrounds construction of Janazagah facilities construction of waiting sheds and rehabilitation and improvement of Jirga Hall under EPADS through single stage single envelope procedure. Eligible government contractors must be registered with PEC Local Council Board KPPRA and KPRA. Bidders are required to submit online bids along with original bid securities additional security where applicable and detailed rate analysis. Additional security conditions apply for bids below engineer estimate thresholds. Procurement includes BOQ based electronic bidding on above and below system according to MRS applicable rates. Bid securities for first three bidders will be retained till approval. Pro Tip: Ensure submission of all mandatory documents including valid PEC license KPPRA registration KPRA registration NTN and signed BOQ to avoid bid rejection.
