Procurement Of Medicines And Drugs Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of medicines and drugs for financial year 2026-27 on free delivery to consignee end basis through E-PADS using Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 amended up to date. E-bids are invited from manufacturers and sole agents of foreign principals registered with PPRA for e-procurement. Detailed specifications and terms and conditions are available on E-PADS PPRA and hospital websites. Hard copies of bids are not required however original one percent bid security in shape of CDR pay order or bank draft must be submitted on tender opening date. Bidders are also required to submit samples of quoted items on the same day of tender opening. Pro Tip: Ensure timely E-PADS upload and submission of original bid security and product samples on tender opening date.
