Procurement And Maintenance Of University Facilities Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and installation of padel court batteries repair maintenance and overhauling of air conditioners and electric water coolers and hiring of entertainment items and catering services on annual framework contract basis for various departments of the university through EPADS using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible manufacturers authorized distributors contractors and suppliers registered with GST and NTN are invited to participate. Bid security for each lot is mandatory and must be submitted physically while complete scanned bid documents are required to be uploaded on EPADS. Bidding documents containing detailed specifications and terms are available on PPRA and university websites. Pro Tip: Submit physical bid security before closing time and upload complete scanned documentation on EPADS to maintain bid responsiveness.
