Construction Of Riverine Security Posts Tender Notice
Description
Construction of 10 riverine posts in District Rahim Yar Khan under ADP Scheme No 5928/2021-22 including one post at Al Hassan Dahr Mouza Faiz Jillani Tehsil Sadiqabad through E-Tendering under PPRA Rules 2014 and amendments. Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category are eligible to participate through Punjab E-Procure system. Procurement shall be conducted on item rate basis and bidders are required to upload scanned copies of call deposit receipt equal to 5 percent of estimated cost in favor of Executive Engineer Buildings Division Rahim Yar Khan. Original CDR and valid PEC license copy must be submitted before 01:30 PM on tender opening date otherwise bids shall be rejected. Contractors must quote item wise BOQ rates and blank or percentage based bids shall be considered non responsive. Performance guarantee equal to 10 percent of contract amount shall be furnished by successful bidder under PPRA Clause 56. Procuring agency may reject bids under PPRA Rule 35 and fake documents or fake CDR shall result in legal action and blacklisting recommendation to PEC and PPRA. Bid opening will take place at 02:00 PM on the same day of submission deadline.
