Rehabilitation Of Metalled Road Works Tender Notice
Description
Rehabilitation of metalled road from Toba Qalandar Shah Road to Chak Chaweka under District Council Bahawalnagar through EPADS using single stage one envelope procedure. Procurement is open to contractors enlisted or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council for financial year 2025-26. Bids must be accompanied by 5% earnest money in the form of CDR from scheduled bank in favor of District Council Bahawalnagar. Bid documents are available free of cost from PPRA website and EPADS. Contractors must quote rates in numbers and words on percentage item rate basis and original CDR must be submitted before deadline. Lowest bidders quoting 5% or below estimated cost shall deposit additional performance security within 15 days. Non-responsive bids shall be rejected and quality control tests shall be conducted by successful contractors at their own expense. Pro Tip: Contractors with strong compliance history and complete PEC documentation can improve chances of qualification in competitive infrastructure procurement.
