Road And Community Infrastructure Development Works Tender Notice
Description
Construction and rehabilitation works comprising metalled roads, tuff tile paving, RCC bridges, soling works, graveyard boundary walls and related community infrastructure under SAP VIII 2025-26 Phase-I Saving and SAP VII 2024-25 Saving programs. Works include road construction, tuff tile installation, RCC bridge construction, canal crossing structures, soling improvements and boundary wall development at multiple project locations. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS and eligible contractors must possess relevant Pakistan Engineering Council registration. Bidders shall submit earnest money equal to 5% of estimated cost and upload bids electronically. Quality assurance security may be required for bids substantially below estimated cost. Performance guarantee provisions under PPRA rules shall apply. Pro Tip: Submit complete BOQs, rate analyses and original bid security instruments before the closing time to avoid disqualification.
