Provision Of Digital Standees For Awareness Tender Notice
Description
Provision of stream digital standees for awareness and monitoring purposes at WASA Head Office Lahore through EPADS from suppliers and contractors registered with e-PADS having PEC license category C-6 or above with specialization code EE11 and active NTN and PNTN status. Procurement shall follow single stage two envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Electronic bids in PDF format must be submitted through EPADS and manual bids shall not be accepted. Bid security amounting to 3% of estimated cost in the form of CDR Bank Guarantee Pay Order Demand Draft or Banker Cheque shall be uploaded in soft copy and submitted physically before deadline otherwise bids shall be rejected. Conditional unreadable or virus infected bids shall be rejected and bids shall remain valid for 120 days. Tendered rates and amounts must be filled in figures and words as per bidding documents.
