Addition Alteration And Improvement Works Tender Notice
Description
Addition alteration and improvement works for Residence No B-76 in GOR-III Shadman Lahore through EPADS under item rate based tendering procedure. Procurement is open to contractors and firms enlisted or renewed with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category and specialization codes for current financial year. Tender documents including DNIT are available on EPADS and PPRA websites. Bidders must upload readable signed and stamped bids with complete item rates and BOQs through EPADS and submit original earnest money in shape of CDR Bank Draft or Cashier Cheque amounting to 5% of estimated cost before closing time. Conditional tenders and bids without earnest money shall be rejected. Performance guarantee shall be obtained from lowest bidder according to Clause 56 of PPRA Rules. Procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids according to PPRA Rules.
