Supply Of Books And Printed Publications Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of books, magazines, electronic and printed publications for police department operations through electronic procurement system under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Electronic bids are invited from eligible bidders registered with Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA Government of Balochistan. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure with mandatory tender fee of PKR 1000 and bid security of 2% in the form of Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank. Eligibility requirements include three similar assignments worth PKR 8,000,000 in previous five years, turnover of at least PKR 7,000,000 in previous five years, active taxpayer status, sales tax certificate, non-blacklisting status and provision of sample of quoted item. Joint ventures are permissible and bidders must upload verified work orders and supporting documents. Delivery period is 30 days. Electronic bids shall be submitted by 11-06-2026 till 11:00 AM and opened at 11:15 AM on the same day through EPPS system.
