Procurement Of Reserve Stock Of Stone Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of reserve stock of stone at Rasul Barrage under market rate system for district Mandi Bahauddin through EPADS procurement process. Electronic tenders are invited from firms and contractors enlisted on PPRA under Single Stage Single Envelope bidding procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014. Estimated procurement cost is Rs. 10,501,377 with bid security equivalent to 2% of estimated amount in the form of Bank Guarantee or Call Deposit Receipt in favor of Executive Engineer Rasul Headworks Division Rasul. Contractors must be registered with Punjab PPRA, FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority and attach professional tax receipts and CNIC documentation. Electronic bids shall be uploaded through EPADS by 11-06-2026 up to 12:00 PM and bids will be opened at 12:30 PM on the same day. Successful bidder shall provide 10% performance guarantee and execute agreement within 15 days of acceptance letter.
