Auction Of Parking Stand And Canteen Services Tender Notice
Description
Auction of parking stand and canteen services for a one-year contract period. Eligible individuals, firms and contractors holding approved Category A registration/enlistment certificate for financial year 2027-2028 may participate. Procurement includes - parking stand operations - canteen services. Applications must be submitted through the prescribed auction process along with contractor licence, call deposit, attested computerized national identity card copy and affidavit on stamp paper. Tender fee of PKR 2,000 is applicable. Reserve price includes parking stand reserve amount and required bid security. Participants must not be blacklisted or defaulters and must comply with applicable government rules. Registration with Punjab Revenue Department and provision of NTN registration documents are required. Successful bidder shall deposit 40 percent of the total amount immediately and the remaining amount in instalments as prescribed. Auction scheduled on 2026-06-20 at 12:00 PM, with subsequent attempts on 2026-06-23 and 2026-06-30 if required.
