Prequalification Of Flood Relief Goods And Equipment Tender Notice

Prequalification of firms companies contractors vendors and general order suppliers registered on E-PADS under PPRA for provision of standardized relief goods and equipment for Flood and Monsoon Season 2026 including - Food Hamper Ration Bags with separately sealed ghee packs net weight 10 Kg 700 grams plus minus 5% - Drinking Water - Flour Atta 10 Kg - Rice 10 Kg - Cooked Food per Daig with 10 Kg material - Vehicles for transportation of goods and local mobility - Catering for establishment of camps - Tents Rassa and related camp material - Miscellaneous items including mosquito nets life jackets plastic mats chattai cot charpai and mattress - Animal fodder - Catering services. Interested firms having relevant experience may apply along with all required documents in the Prequalification Document through E-Tendering. Firms must register on Punjab E-Procure portal and eligible categories may participate in bidding. Government servants and blacklisted firms are not eligible. Bid Security of 3% and Performance Guarantee of 3% in shape of CDR Bank Guarantee Demand Draft or Pay Order from scheduled bank are required. Applications shall be submitted through EPADS and opened on the same day. Written queries received one day before closing date shall be responded through PPRA website. Pro Tip: Ensure complete registration on EPADS and timely submission of bid security documents to avoid rejection.
