Prequalification Of Guest House And Hotel Services Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of guest house and hotel services for official guest stay for PKLI and RC Rawalpindi through single stage single envelope e-bidding procedure. Eligible bidders registered with income tax and sales tax authorities and appearing on Active Taxpayer List may participate. Bids shall be submitted online through e-PADS and hard copies are not required except original bid security. Bid security amounting to 2% of estimated amount in form of CDR Bank Guarantee Demand Draft or Pay Order in favour of Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center is mandatory. Original bid security shall be submitted physically before submission deadline. Detailed specifications quantities evaluation method and submission instructions are available in bidding documents. Bid validity period is 180 days. Pro Tip: Ensure online submission through e-PADS and physical delivery of original bid security before opening time.
