Description
Procurement of General Store Items Stationery Store Items and Printing Material for FY 2026-2027 through e-Punjab Acquisitions and Disposal System under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using single stage two envelope procedure. Procurement includes - General Store Items - Stationery Store Items - Printing Material. Eligible firms and contractors registered with Income Tax Sales Tax and Professional Tax and appearing on Active Taxpayers List of Federal Board of Revenue may participate. Bidding documents are available free of cost from PPRA and EPADS websites. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS and opened on the same day through e-PADS. Hard copies of technical bids along with bid security and performance guarantee documents must be submitted at Purchase Cell Rawalpindi Teaching Hospital before closing time. Procuring procedures including receiving opening and awarding shall be governed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Procuring agency reserves right to reject all bids under PPRA Rule 35. Pro Tip: Submit both electronic and hard copy technical bids with complete bid security documentation before deadline to avoid disqualification.
