Hiring Of Event Management Services For International Conference Tender Notice
Description
Hiring of event management services for organization and conduct of the 9th OIC Ministerial Conference on Women scheduled for 12-13 July 2026 at Jinnah Convention Centre Islamabad. Procurement invites bids from reputable event management companies and firms registered with SECP or Registrar of Firms having valid NTN STRN and active taxpayer status with minimum five years experience in organizing high profile international and inter governmental events including ministerial level conferences. Procurement shall be conducted through single stage two envelope procedure using quality and cost based selection with technical and financial proposal weightage of 70:30. Firms scoring minimum qualifying marks in technical evaluation will proceed to financial evaluation. Bid security equal to 5% of estimated value in form of bank draft or pay order is mandatory along with integrity pact for procurements exceeding Rs. 10 million. Pre-bid meeting will be held seven days after advertisement publication and bids are to be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 only. Pro Tip: Ensure submission of integrity pact and complete technical experience documentation to avoid bid rejection during evaluation.
