Prequalification Of Event Management And Activation Firms Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of local event management and activation firms and international event management and activation firms. Applications are invited from associations of firms, companies and sole proprietors registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments including income tax, sales tax and Punjab sales tax authorities. Separate prequalification documents are available for each category. A non-refundable tender fee of PKR 10,000 for each category is required through pay order valid for 90 days. Sealed bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Pre-qualified firms may subsequently be invited for financial quotations in accordance with applicable regulations. Incomplete and overwritten bids shall be rejected.
