Prequalification Of Surgical Clinical Disposable Consumables Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of firms for local purchase of surgical and clinical disposable consumables including local and imported items on day to day basis for Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center through e-bidding procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Interested eligible bidders registered with income tax and sales tax authorities may download bidding documents free of cost from PKLI website and procurement portals. E-bids are required to be submitted electronically through e-PADS and hard copies are not required except original bid security amounting to 2% of estimated quoted amount in shape of CDR bank guarantee demand draft or pay order which must be submitted physically at PKLI Lahore on same day of technical bid opening. Bid validity period is 180 days and all procurement procedures shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules. Pro Tip: Submit original bid security within office hours on technical opening day and ensure compliance with procurement rules to avoid disqualification.
