Desktop Computer Systems Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of desktop computer systems including installation and related services for selected schools where matric tech initiative is started in district Bahawalnagar. District Education Authority Bahawalnagar invites e-bids from authorized local partners of internationally reputed OEMs registered with income tax sales tax and Punjab sales tax authorities through E-PADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Total quantity includes 340 desktop computer systems with mandatory bid security of PKR 2550000 in shape of CDR bank guarantee pay order or demand draft in favor of Chief Executive Officer District Education Authority Bahawalnagar. Single stage two envelope bidding procedure shall apply and work order will be issued to lowest evaluated bidder. Pro Tip: Ensure OEM authorization documents and original bid security are physically deposited before bid opening time.
