Procurement Of Desktop Computer Systems Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of desktop computer systems including installation and related services for selected schools where Matric Tech in ICT program has started in District Bahawalnagar. Bids are invited from authorized local partners of internationally reputed OEMs registered with Income Tax Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax authorities. Procurement shall be conducted through E-PADS under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. A total of 340 desktop computer systems are required as per specifications provided in tender documents. Bid security amounting to PKR 2550000 in the form of CDR Bank Guarantee Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Chief Executive Officer District Education Authority Bahawalnagar is mandatory and must be physically deposited before bid opening. Procuring agency reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities prior to issuance of supply order and work order shall be issued to the lowest evaluated bidder.
