Procurement Of Medicines Laboratory And General Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Procurement under framework contract for financial year 2026-27 including medicine and surgical disposable items for local purchase pathology laboratory items general store items stationery items X-ray films and chemicals information technology equipment medical gases and printing services through single stage two envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders suppliers manufacturers and firms registered with Income Tax Sales Tax professional tax certificate and EPADS are invited to participate. All electronic bids must include scanned bid security amounting to 2 percent of estimated cost of each lot while original CDR pay order and stamp papers must be submitted before office closing time on 2026-06-12. Electronic bids must be submitted before 2026-06-13 at 09:00 AM and bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day. Framework contract shall remain valid until 2027-06-30. Pro Tip: Submit complete EPADS documentation with original bid security instruments before deadline to avoid rejection.
