Meter Reading Services For Gas Consumers Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of meter reading services for domestic and commercial gas meters across Karachi, Interior Sindh and Balochistan on lot wise basis under Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure. Bidders are required to submit valid PEC certificate where applicable along with bids through EPADS. Tender documents including BOQ and schedule of requirements must be downloaded completed signed stamped and uploaded through EPADS. Physical bid bond submission to Tender Room before bid submission deadline is mandatory otherwise bids shall be rejected. Bid security amount of PKR 100,000 is mandatory and bid validity shall remain 120 days. Bid opening shall take place at 12:30 PM following submission deadline. Pro Tip: Service providers should ensure EPADS registration and timely submission of physical and electronic bid security documents.
