Provision of meter reading services for domestic and commercial gas meters across multiple operational regions. Procurement is being conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure on a lot wise basis requiring technical and financial proposals. Bidders must participate through EPADS, upload duly signed documents, complete BOQ and required certificates, and submit physical bid bond before the submission deadline.
