Arrangements For Moharram Ul Haram Municipal Services Tender Notice
Description
Provision of arrangements and municipal services for Moharram Ul Haram 2026 including operational support and associated municipal management works under single stage single envelope open competitive bidding method through E-PADS. Eligible firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category are invited to participate. Procurement requires submission of earnest money in shape of CDR amounting to 5 percent of estimated cost with scanned copies uploaded online and original CDR submitted before closing time otherwise bids shall not be entertained. Complete signed and stamped bidding documents in PDF format are mandatory along with price schedule and bid security on contractor letterhead. Online bids will be opened through E-PADS on fixed date and time in municipal committee office. Conditional bids telephone tenders incomplete submissions and bids without earnest money shall not be accepted.
