Event Management Security And Logistics Services Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of goods and services for official events including VVIP movements, protocol arrangements, security arrangements, jeep rally activities and other government events. Scope includes tentage and event management services, security related items and services, CCTV camera installation, boarding and lodging arrangements, transportation services and food and beverage services. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately through EPADS. Bid securities include Rs. 0.2 million for tentage and event management, security services, CCTV installation and food services, and Rs. 0.1 million for boarding, lodging and transportation services.
