Special Repair And Patch Work For Roads Tender Notice
Description
Special repair and patch work for roads including road improvement works at Sharaqpur City near Chota Adda road section road from Lahore Jaranwala Road to Darbar Bab-E-Sher-E-Rabbani and intercity Sheikhupura road sections. Procurement is invited from engineering firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories through PPRA E-Tendering System. Contractors are required to upload earnest money only in shape of CDR amounting to 5 percent of estimated cost and submit original CDR before opening time otherwise bids shall be considered non responsive. Lowest evaluated bidder shall submit 10 percent performance guarantee within 15 days of offer letter. Item wise rates and total amounts are mandatory while percentage based bids shall not be accepted. Fake documents may lead to disqualification and disciplinary proceedings. Contractors claims shall be processed through Digital Measurement Book and no price variation shall be admissible.
