Construction Of Sewerage Water Supply And Drains Tender Notice
Description
Construction of sewerage water supply and drainage infrastructure in multiple union councils of Tehsil Pasrur District Sialkot including Talwandi Inyat Khan Pejokay Dhodha Sokinwind Takhatpur Kapoorpur Ballagan Shahzada Dhulam Kahlwan Kingra Masial Prail Charwa Pindi Bhago and associated villages. Procurement shall be conducted through E-PADS under single stage single envelope procedure on item wise rates basis from contractors and firms having valid Pakistan Engineering Council license for financial year 2025-26. Contractors must upload earnest money amounting to 5 percent of estimated cost in favor of Executive Engineer Public Health Engineering Division Sialkot and submit original CDR before closing time otherwise bids shall be considered non responsive. Item wise rates and summaries are mandatory while fake or forged documents may result in blacklisting. Performance guarantee up to 10 percent shall be required according to PPRA Rules.
