Description
Planning designing and development work for River Garden Housing Scheme Kotli including housing scheme planning design construction management roads infrastructure sewerage network water supply network electrification network commercial and industrial waste management parks open spaces and horticulture works under single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Eligible firms investors developers and joint ventures licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council with required category and specialized codes may participate. Technical and financial proposals are required along with bid security of PKR 3.00 Million in shape of CDR. Pre-bid meeting will be held on 05-06-2026 at 10:30 AM. Eligibility requirements include PEC registration category CA or above annual turnover requirements relevant housing scheme experience tax registration audit reports equipment details and affidavit regarding non-blacklisting. Financial bids of technically qualified bidders only shall be opened. Performance security equal to five percent of contract amount will be required from successful bidder.
