Miscellaneous Civil Works For Urban Infrastructure Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of miscellaneous civil works for New City Mirpur New Small Town Islamgarh and New Small Towns under single stage one envelope bidding procedure in accordance with AJK PPRA Rules 36(a). Works include MDHA-12/26 MDHA-13/26 MDHA-14/26 MDHA-15/26 MDHA-16/26 and MDHA-17/26 consisting of miscellaneous urban infrastructure and development works with completion period of six months for each package. Eligible contractors and firms having PEC category C6 and above duly endorsed by Chief Engineer Building PHE Public Works Department AJK for year 2025-26 are invited to participate. Bid securities ranging from Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 45,000 in shape of CDR issued by scheduled banks are mandatory. Rates shall be quoted on percentage above or below basis according to MRS 1st Bi-Annual 2026 District Jehlum. Conditional incomplete and pencil-filled bids shall be treated as non-responsive. Competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Clause 33 of AJK PPRA Rules 2017. Pro Tip: Contractors should ensure valid PEC endorsement proper CDR issuance and accurate percentage quotation limited to two decimal places before bid submission.
