Public auction for tax collection and operational contracts for financial year 2026-27 including extraction tax on sand gravel and stone at Mangla Jatlan Peer Gali Cross Palak and Dhan Gali check posts livestock market operations at Peer Gali Cross district council professional tax advertising boards and general bus stand Jatlan. Open auction shall be conducted at District Council Hall Mirpur on 16-06-2026 17-06-2026 and 18-06-2026 at 10:00 AM. Bid security deposits include Rs. 2,000,000 for extraction tax contract Rs. 800,000 for livestock market contract Rs. 700,000 for district council professional tax Rs. 700,000 for advertising board contract and Rs. 500,000 for general bus stand contract. Interested bidders must deposit call deposit in favor of Chairman District Council Mirpur in Taxation Branch by 13-06-2026 before participating in auction. Defaulters and blacklisted persons are not eligible for participation. Bidders must be registered with Local Government Board Muzaffarabad. Competent committee reserves the right to reject any bid without assigning reason. In case auction is not held on scheduled dates a new auction date may be announced on the spot.
