Hiring of property evaluation services through Expression of Interest from consultant firms and evaluators approved by Pakistan Banks Association and State Bank of Pakistan with valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration and Active Taxpayer status - Services include evaluation of all listed properties for National Accountability Bureau Multan and technically qualified evaluator offering most advantageous bid shall provide services for one year after signing agreement - EOI documents containing property details and service terms available during office hours - Proposals must be submitted through EPADS only and partial bids excluding any property shall not be entertained - Security amount of Rs.100000 in shape of CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order is mandatory - Pro Tip: Submit proposals for complete property portfolio and ensure EPADS compliance for responsive evaluation
