Muharram Arrangements And Procession Route Services Tender Notice
Description
Provision of Muharram Ul Harram 2026 arrangements including supply of tents and catering items for command posts on rental basis, supply of electric accessories for procession routes and patch work works for procession routes in Peshawar. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS under single stage single envelope procedure. Eligible contractors must be registered with PEC, Local Council Board, KPRA, C&W Department and possess active FBR status. Tender fee at 0.03% of engineer estimate in the form of call deposit is mandatory. Bid security equal to 2% of estimated cost is required in the form of call deposit in favor of Director General Capital Metropolitan Government Peshawar. Original bid securities and supporting documents must be submitted in hard form before bid closing. Bids shall remain valid for 90 days. Electronic bids will be opened on 12.06.2026 at 02:00 PM.
