Description
Concrete lining of Mangat Minor from RD 0+000 to 21+037 tail under single stage single envelope bidding procedure on item rate basis. Corrigendum revises estimated cost to PKR 93,272,235 and earnest money to PKR 4,663,612. Contractors must be registered with PEC CE-04 category and Punjab PPRA. Bid security at 5% in the form of Bank Guarantee or CDR is required. Bids must be uploaded through EPADS with BOQ and supporting documents including PEC registration, professional tax receipts, CNIC and PRA registration. Original bid security documents are required before opening. Performance guarantee of 10% is required from the successful bidder. Work completion period is 18 months.
