Prequalification For Flood Relief Goods And Services Tender Notice
Description
Prequalification of firms, companies, contractors, vendors and general order suppliers for provision of standardized flood and monsoon relief goods and services for FY 2026-2027. Scope includes food hampers ration bags containing ghee packed separately in sealed poly bags - drinking water - flour atta 10 kg - rice 10 kg - cooked food per daig using 10 kg material - transportation for local mobility - catering for establishment of camps - miscellaneous relief items - mosquito nets - life jackets - plastic mats chattai - cots charpai - mattresses - tents - rassa and related camp items - animal fodder - vehicles for relief goods transportation and catering services. Applicants must be registered on E-PADS and comply with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Firms should possess relevant experience and submit all documents required under the Prequalification Documents. Government taxes shall apply and blacklisted firms or government servants are not eligible. Applications are to be submitted through EPADS and prequalification proposals will be opened on the same day.
