Auction Of Toll Collection Rights At Barrage Tender Notice
Description
Auction of toll collection rights for a barrage facility for the period from 01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027. Reserve price is PKR 34 million with earnest money of PKR 1.7 million and bidding document fee of PKR 10,000. Interested persons, firms and companies are required to submit deposit at call from a scheduled bank and provide specimen signatures and power of attorney where applicable. Successful bidder shall pay the bid amount in twelve equal monthly advance installments and provide a bank guarantee equal to 10 percent of the total bid amount valid up to 30-09-2027. Toll tax shall be collected according to the approved government schedule. All taxes and duties shall be borne by the successful bidder. In case the first auction attempt remains unsuccessful, a second attempt shall be conducted according to the revised schedule.
