Description
Installation and replacement of missing manhole covers and frames at various locations under the jurisdiction of the agency. Estimated cost is PKR 4.762 million with earnest money of PKR 238,000. Contractors and firms must be enlisted with EPADS, possess valid PEC licenses, and maintain active NTN, PNTN and GST status. Bids are invited through EPADS under single stage single envelope procedure. Original CDR in favor of the procuring agency is mandatory before bid closing time. Contractors shall submit readable PDF bids through EPADS and quote rates on the approved DNIT. Quality assurance security may be required where quoted rates are significantly below estimated cost.
