Provision of recovery services for outstanding arrears from disconnected defaulted consumers across Abbottabad, Bahawalpur, Karak, Multan, Peshawar, Sahiwal, Sargodha and Sialkot regions. Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with separate technical and financial bids. Bid security is 800,000.00 and bid validity is 360 days. Opening of bids is scheduled at 11:00 AM.
