Water Sabeel And Kanat Rental Services Tender Notice
Description
Provision of water sabeel arrangements and supply of kanats on rental basis for sealing of ways along Muharram Ul Harram 2026 procession routes. Quotations are invited from contractors registered on EPADS and Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories. Bidding documents shall be uploaded through EPADS. Earnest money equal to 5% of the estimated cost is mandatory through CDR. Original CDR must be submitted before bid opening. Selection shall be based on least cost method. Additional performance security may be required for bids quoted more than 4.99% below the estimated cost. Conditional quotations shall not be entertained and forged documents may result in legal action and disqualification.
