Replacement And Installation Of Tubewell System Tender Notice
Description
Replacement and installation of one 02-CFS capacity tubewell at Children Park Garhi Shahu Lahore. Procurement shall be conducted through e-PADS using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible bidders must be registered on e-PADS, possess valid PEC Category C-6 or above with specialization codes CE-09, CE-10 and ME-06, and hold active FBR and PRA registrations. Bid security amounting to 3% of estimated cost equivalent to Rs. 711936.75 is required in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Pay Order, Demand Draft or Banker Cheque. Technical bids will be opened electronically and only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial bid opening. Hard copy of original bid security must be submitted before bid submission deadline. Conditional tenders shall not be accepted and bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS. Estimated project cost is Rs. 23731225. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days.
