Replacement And Installation Of Tubewell System Tender Notice
Description
Replacement and installation of 01 no 02-CFS capacity tubewell at Children Park Garhi Shahu. Procurement to be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure on e-PADS. Bidders must possess PEC Category C-6 or above with specializations CE-09 CE-10 and ME-06, active NTN and PNTN registration with FBR and PRA. E-bids must be submitted through e-PADS in PDF format. Technical bids will be opened at 12:00 PM on the same day. Bid security of 3% amounting to Rs. 711,936.75 is required in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Pay Order, Demand Draft or Banker Cheque and must be uploaded electronically with original submitted before deadline. Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for financial bid opening. Conditional tenders shall not be accepted. Rates must be quoted against each BOQ item and percentage-based bids shall be rejected. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days. Estimated cost is Rs. 23,731,225.
