Supply Of Paper And Printing Materials Tender Notice
Description
Supply of paper and printing materials for university printing press operations including paper for printing press and printing materials under separate lots. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under PPRA Rules. Eligible manufacturers, firms, authorized distributors, dealers and general order suppliers registered with GST and Income Tax may participate. Bidders must submit bids on complete lot basis and partial quantity bids shall be rejected. Bid security equal to 2% of estimated cost is required in favour of Treasurer and must be uploaded on EPADS with original hard copy submitted before closing date. Rates shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes and supported by professional tax payment evidence. Bid validity shall remain 90 days from opening date.
