Provision Of Food And Meal Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Provision of uncooked food materials and meal supplies including rice, meat, chicken, vegetables, fruits, grams and other quality food items as per approved menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner for approximately 117 boarding students at three taken-over religious educational institutions. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure under PPRA Rule 38(2)(a). Bidders must be registered with FBR, possess active NTN and Sales Tax registration and Electronic Vendor Registration through e-PADS. Bid security equal to 3% of the estimated amount is required in the form of CDR and must accompany the financial proposal. Technical and financial proposals shall be submitted in separate envelopes. Rates are to be quoted per day per boarding student inclusive of all taxes for the entire financial year. Estimated annual procurement cost is Rs. 4.00 million.
