Hospital Supplies Services And Maintenance Contracts Tender Notice
Description
Framework rate contracts for procurement and supply of medicines, disposable items, dialysis items, general store items, laboratory kits and reagents, stationery, printing services, bedding and clothing, x ray films and chemicals, biomedical gases, air conditioning repair and maintenance services, laundry services, information technology equipment repair and maintenance, dental items, repair and maintenance services and transportation of goods. Procurement shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through E-PADS. Bidders must be financially sound companies, firms, authorized distributors, manufacturers, chain pharmacies and service providers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities. Bid security equal to 2 percent of estimated cost is required and successful bidders must furnish 5 percent performance guarantee. Delivery timelines and tax deductions shall apply as per government rules.
