Educational Furniture Procurement For Students And Staff Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of institutional furniture including single seat sofas for staff rooms, wooden iron armed chairs for large students and wooden iron chairs for small students. Participation is open to firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities. Bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to 5 percent in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order in favor of the institution. Copies of bid security must be attached with technical and financial bids while the original bid security must be submitted before closing time. Furniture shall be delivered to the institution without separate delivery charges. Procurement shall be governed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2024.
