Execution of multiple works including maintenance of five lifts installed in a head office building, construction of a bachelors hostel, construction of meter halls with attached washrooms and office facilities including external works, maintenance and inspection of firefighting equipment at office buildings and transit facilities, and construction of RCC tower foundations under a SCADA project. Procurement is being conducted through EPADS. Eligible firms must possess valid PEC registration, NTN, professional tax clearance and provincial sales tax registration.
