Procurement Of Reserve Stock Of Stone For Spurs Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of reserve stock of stone for Khar Gharbi J-Head Spur and J-Head Bait Angra and Jhunjan Wali Spurs. Electronic bids are invited under Single Stage Single Envelope procedure from eligible engineering firms and contractors licensed by Pakistan Engineering Council and enlisted with the Punjab Irrigation Department. The estimated costs are Rs. 14,209,140 and Rs. 21,012,647 with bid securities of Rs. 426,300 and Rs. 630,379 respectively. Bidding shall be conducted on item rate basis under First Bi Annual MRS System. Contractors must upload bid securities and supporting documents including PEC registration, professional tax receipts, CNIC and PRA registration. Original CDR or bank guarantee and attested PEC registration copy must be submitted before the deadline. Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Performance guarantee of 10 percent of bid amount shall be required from the successful bidder. Conditional and incomplete bids shall be treated as non-responsive.
